To check the status of your order:

  1. Go into the Click! Calendar app
  2. Select the 3 lines in the top left corner
  3. Select Orders

Here you will see the status of your order, which will show as either Placed, Shipped or Cancelled.

If you have accidentally duplicated an order, please complete the Contact Us form providing the details and we will cancel the duplicate order.

Please note that it is only possible to cancel a duplicate order if:

  • For orders placed before 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 9:00 GMT on the same day
  • For orders placed after 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 09:00 GMT of the next working day

Working day in this instance refers to Monday – Friday, and excludes national holidays in England.

When an order is placed you will not receive a confirmation email.

To check that your order has been placed:

  1. Go into the Click! Calendar app
  2. Select the 3 lines in the top left corner
  3. Select Orders

Here you will see all your placed orders. If you are unsure whether your order has been received by us, please get in touch by completing the Contact Us form.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, please complete the Contact Us form providing the details and we will cancel the order.

Please note that it is only possible to cancel an order if:

  • For orders placed before 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 9:00 GMT on the same day
  • For orders placed after 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 09:00 GMT of the next working day*

Editing an Order

It is only possible to change the delivery address of an order.

If you wish to make any other changes, you will need to cancel the order. Foe details on cancelling an order, please refer to the above.

To edit the delivery address of an order, please complete the Contact Us form providing the details and we will amend the address.

Please note that it is only possible to amend the delivery address if:

  • For orders placed before 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 9:00 GMT on the same day
  • For orders placed after 09:00 GMT, you contact us before 09:00 GMT of the next working day*

* Working day in this instance refers to Monday – Friday, and excludes national holidays in England.
